Preparation
It is not a requirement to speak the native language to be eligible for the visa. However, we do recommend that you know the language of your destination at least on a conversational level or book a language course on arrival.
There is no language requirement to travel through one of our work and travel programs; however, be aware that some job placements have language requirements.
This very much depends on your destination and the program type you are interested in. We have programs which can be possible within a month (ex. Work and Travel Australia Gold Plus or Gold), but typically it will take about 3 months to go through the visa application process and receive your visa.
We usually recommend applying at least 3 months before your preferred arrival date to be on the safe side and to avoid stress and delays.
