Are there any extra fees that I will have to pay on top of the listed price?

We are required to charge 5% Goods and Services Tax (GST) to every booking. You can take a look at the “What’s Included” tab on our program webpage to learn what other fees are needed.

Generally, visa costs, personal expenses and the travel arrangement to your destination are not included in your program fees.

What is your Refund and Cancellation policy?

This depends on the program you booked and at what point in the booking/application process you want to cancel. Have a look at our Terms & Conditions for more information.

Can I pay in installments?

This depends on your timeline and the program you are booking:

  • We need your payment in full to secure a spot in our Canada Working Holiday Program. Since there is a high demand for RO-Sponsored spots, we are not able to reserve a spot for you.
  • For outbound Working Holiday programs for Canadian youth and our Canada volunteer program, we can usually discuss payment options by paying the $200 registration fee first. But this depends on the time when you are applying.
