Responsibilities
- Responsible for maintaining standards and procedures to ensure guest satisfaction
- Attend all scheduled shifts including shift work and weekend work in accordance with schedules
- Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner during all interactions
- Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism
- Work in any area assigned and complete any tasks as directed by the Housekeeping Manager
- Be proactive in your approach to the job and work within specific standards and procedures
Qualifications
- Previous Housekeeping experience is an asset
- Self-motivated, ability to work well with minimum supervision
- Excellent guest service skills
- Must have a high level of attention to detail
- Work well within a diverse team environment
- In good physical condition
- Flexible availability: including evenings, early mornings, weekends and statutory holidays
