The Blue Horizon, a 215-room downtown hotel, is seeking to hire a Room Attendant in Housekeeping to clean hotel guest rooms. This position pays union wages, Medical Benefits, Dental Benefits, Group Insurance Benefits, and Vision Care Benefits. Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist with cleaning guest rooms, including bathrooms
- Assist with changing and making guest room beds to hotel standards
- No previous Room Attendant experience is necessary, but previous cleaning experience is an asset
Requirements
- Responsible, reliable, organized
- Attention to detail
- Able to work well with minimum supervision
- Good English communication skills – both written and spoken
- Excellent work-related references.
- Your attentiveness, efficiency and commitment will ensure that the guest rooms are cleaned to the highest standard – and the guests feel valued
This position includes weekend work.
